Benchmark Guide

To get accurate, consistent, and reproducible graphics results from our Touch Screen Test + app's benchmark, please prepare your device before tapping Run:

- Charge your battery: Keep it at 50% or higher to prevent Android from automatically capping your performance.

- Unplug the charger: Disconnect the power cord to prevent charging heat from triggering thermal throttling.

- Cool down the device: Let the phone rest on a flat surface for a few minutes to lower its baseline temperature.

- Disable Battery Saver: Turn off Battery Saver or performance-limiting modes in your system settings so the GPU can run at full speed.

- Run multiple tests: Complete 3 to 5 full runs with brief rests in between, then calculate the average Global Score for best accuracy.

- Slower devices: If your device is very old, its slow CPU could limit the numbers shown by the graphics tests to some constant values.

- Share your score: Email your results to our official Google Play developer address to help us build our device database!
