This utility displays a nice digital clock on your desktop and you can place it anywhere by simply click and drag. It has a programmable alarm for fixed hours and the clock translucency can be set in 10 levels. This clock can be shown in front of all other windows or it can be minimized to tray. A double click will show / hide its window. Auto run option is also present and all these settings are saved and restored next time the program is launched.

Keyboard commands:

T - start / stop the program timer;

A - change the 12/24 style;

X - close the program.
